In our case, these summaries are forwarded to Walcu, but they can also be sent to LEF, GRIPP, or AM-I. This ensures that a conversation report is always attached to the customer card without having to manually write it down!
As a result, you approach and conclude conversations differently. I’m very aware that Calldrip AI (Quality Management) is listening in, and if I articulate clearly and repeat agreements with the customer, they are better reflected in the summary.
