Calldrip Inc., the successful online lead tracking system for the automotive industry from the United States, is now also available for cardealers and importers(OEM) in the Netherlands and Belgium. The company signed an agreement with #DCDW, the company of Paul de Vries, that makes dealers and cardealers better in online automotive.

Calldrip

Calldrip is a lead follow-up system that is suitable for larger cardealer holdings and importers who have the lead follow-up done by the carsalesmem themselves. With the help of Calldrip, the seller will get the customer, that left an online lead, on the phone within 60 seconds. The conversation is recorded and assessed by the quality managers of #DCDW. Based on this assessment, call leads can be adjusted and dealers and importers can avoid unnecessary conversations, while qualitative reports provide insight into the conversion of online and call leads.

Qualitative assessment

Forest Ward, COO of Calldrip Inc., is pleased with the collaboration with #DCDW: “Paul de Vries is the authority in the Netherlands, in the field of online automotive and lead follow-up. We can’t imagine a better party to introduce Calldrip in the Netherlands. Especially because the combination of Calldrip with the services of #DCDW and its quality managers makes it possible to qualitatively assess the lead follow-up. The crossing to the mainland of Europe is now a fact and after our success in the UK, we are confident that Calldrip will soon convince a large number of users in the Netherlands and Belgium as well.”

Follow up leads yourself

“Since I came into contact with Calldrip two years ago, I am enthusiastic about the concept,” says Paul de Vries, founder of #DCDW. “That’s why I paid attention to Calldrip in my weekly podcast and during the Digital Car Dealer Workshop, and the reactions were positive. We are also of the opinion that the car salesman is the right person to follow up leads, not a CCC or BDC. By linking Calldrip to our services, like our Call Track Manager and the virtual BDC, we offer a nice and complete package to make lead follow-up efficient and transparent. The first pilots have already shown that lead follow-up is now becoming a process of minutes instead of hours. In addition, not only the sales people can now be assessed by our quality managers, but also the quality of the marketing source from which the lead came from.”

Training

Based on the qualitative reports, sales staff can be better guided in following up online leads. It is also immediately clear on which points they can be trained more, using the training program of #DCDW Academy. For example, sellers who score low on making concrete appointments can improve on this point with the online training of #DCDW Academy, so that they too can convert their online leads into sales in a much better way. Dealers and importers who are curious about Calldrip can request a demo via #DCDW, free of obligation.
