Who from IVA, Summa, ROC or Fontys truly dares to become an entrepreneur?

In Doesburg, at a place where mobility and entrepreneurship come together, we’re building something special: two unique stores at the front — each with its own character and potential — and a strong foundation behind the scenes.

Two stores

On one side, we have the Ligier Store Doesburg, the Experience Center for Ligier Citycars in the Benelux. It’s all about experience, new mobility, and the freedom these vehicles offer to young people. On the other side is the Experience Store Doesburg, currently operating as a sort of Lynk & Co Outlet Center. Here too, we’re constantly exploring what the next step could and should be.

Two stores. One vision. And behind the scenes: our own service department, a photo studio for high-end online presentations, and a team working every day on the future of automotive retail. Not as a traditional car dealership, but as an online-first, offline-second organization focused on opportunity, scalability, and customer experience.

Together!

Together with Louwman Group, our co-shareholder in this concept, we want to do something special this summer. We’re looking for two young people — students graduating this summer — who don’t want to start their careers in a tidy traineeship or a standard job, but who are ready to jump straight into entrepreneurship.

Young people who feel ready, who don’t want to wait for “the perfect position,” but want to build something themselves. Not entrepreneurs with a pile of cash or a business plan — we want people with hunger, energy, guts, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You’ll be employed by us and immediately share in the profit — no risk, no investment. That’s how I do it in my other companies, and it works. Because if you share in the success, your mindset changes. You stop thinking in tasks and start thinking in opportunities. Not in hours, but in impact.

Started as a gas station attendant!

I started out as a gas station attendant. Then became a salesperson, branch manager, director, and eventually co-owner. If I could do it all over again? I’d start sooner. Become an entrepreneur sooner. That’s why I’m giving you this opportunity now.

All I ask is commitment. No 9-to-5 mindset. No “let’s see how it goes.” You need to want to learn the trade, to grow, and to build something with me and your business partner that you can be proud of.

You’re already a team. You complement each other — in sales, tech, service, or marketing. Together, you’ll be the driving force behind the next phase of these stores. And after that? That’s up to you. Maybe you’ll take over a part of the business in the future. Maybe you’ll start something new. But this time with experience, a network, and startup capital.

No need for a cover letter…

Don’t send me a cover letter. No fancy CV. Just send me a short video or message. Tell me who you are, what your dreams are, and why you want this opportunity. Make me feel that you’re ready.

Are you on your own, but think: I can do this — especially in aftersales, service, and customer satisfaction? Then I might have another idea for you. Reach out to me anyway.

I look forward to meeting you.

Paul
