Your sales people go on holiday, but your leads do not…

What solution did you come up with for your leads during the summer holiday?

In the summer months it is always exciting what happens to leads. With minimal staff, things that are least fun and interesting are hardly done, let alone that they are done well. Where does that wisdom come from? I have experienced this for several years now, including with online leads from Nieuweautokopen.nl. Salesmen are suffering from understaffing, from having to do deliveries of colleagues who are on a well-deserved holiday, from handling their own deliveries and also from handling the more spontaneous visits of people in the showroom, just because they are free and they are there… The workload is high in the summer and online leads are often the last thing you think about and what you want to be working on.

Thinking in solutions

In our virtual BDC of the #DCDW we have a solution for not following online leads. Especially if you work with the lead monitoring system LEF from UnameIT. Then we can automatically have the leads escalated to our CCC, so that we follow all leads within one hour. And it does not matter whether it is a lead from the importer, a lead for a used car, or even an MOT appointment. We take care of the follow-up. This can be done in real time, but you can also just switch on after your sales reps have done nothing with the lead after, say, two hours. This extra reaction time makes it possible to meet your obligations towards an importer, for example!

With online leads at multiple dealers, spread over multiple brands, we achieve a conversion from lead to dialogue of more than 70%. We reach the leads that we can call in more than 70% of the cases (60% rule). Then we put more than 70% of these leads into appointments and qualified quotation proposals. This means your sales staff no longer have to follow up on everything, but only on the qualified leads. They will realize a better conversion to a sale on these leads.

Do you want to go through the summer months and sell well? Then now is the time to use the virtual BDC of the #DCDW. Statistics show that leads are fewer in terms of numbers in summer, but conversions are higher. If you do not have LEF, let us know, we will also find a solution for that.

The virtual BDC has no initial investment except for a price per lead and a small service fee. Look for more information for the BDC here, and for our prices here.
